Energy Scientific Center
The Palestinian Energy Scientific Center (PESC) is a governmental institutional that was initiated in June 1998 within the quarters of the Palestinian Energy Authority (PEA). PESC establishers are highly qualified scientists and engineers working in research and development in An Najah National University in Nablus (ANNU), Palestinian Polytechnic Institute (PPI) in Hebreon, Azher University in Gaza, (AUG) Islamic University in Gaza, (IU) the College of Science & Engineering in Khan-younis(CSE),and the Renewable Energy Department of the PEA. Hence, PESC offers capabilities, Knowledge and experience in all fields of energy, renewable energy, water and environment. The
main aims of the PESC are summarized in the following: 1-
Coalition of highly qualified Palestinian capabilities in the energy
fields, perform applied research projects related to development and enhancement
of the local socio-economical conditions. 2-
Establishment of testing and
investigation laboratories to offer technical services and consultations to
public and private sectors in different fields. 3-
Building up of capabilities
in the energy, environment and related fields through local and abroad training. 4-
Exchange of information with
regional and international similar research centers. 5-
Participating in national
and international workshop and conferences. 6-
Implementing of projects
appropriate to the Palestinian conditions and requirements. PESC
is looking forward to cooperating with your institution in any branch of
aforesaid mentioned energy subjects and is ready to discuss or provide you with
any necessary information or proposals in this regard. We
would be grateful for any proposal leading to opening a cooperation and thanking
you for your efforts.
